👩‍🏫 Operations Director at Punch Up and WeVis serves as a bridge between the C-Level team and cross-functional teams, translating strategies into effective, actionable plans and day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in the organization’s upcoming reorganization to meet evolving needs and goals.

 

This position requires a proactive leader who can navigate between strategy and execution, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration across the organization, all in alignment with our mission focused on public benefit and social impact.

 

 

Punch Up World is a data storytelling studio that makes sense of data and turns it into stories to spark meaningful conversations.

WeVis Demo is a non-profit civic technology organization that empowers public participation through technology and open data, enhancing citizen engagement and public decision-making.

 

📃 ต้องทำอะไรบ้าง?

1️⃣ Strategic Execution
  • Act as a bridge between the C-Level team and cross-functional teams, translating strategies into operational plans, initiatives, and effective execution.
  • Gather requirements, feedback, and insights from team members to inform decision-making, drive improvements, and escalate issues to the C-Level as needed.
  • Regularly provide key operational updates and strategic recommendations to the C-Level team.
2️⃣ Client & Funding Management
  • Collaborate with the C-Level team on client management, including implementing client strategies, supporting proposal development, and managing coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist the C-Level team in funding management, providing coordination, documentation, and reporting support.
3️⃣ Project Management
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, and resource allocation, while coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Supervise and support team leads to keep projects aligned with strategy and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Workshop Management: Lead workshop initiatives, including decision-making, gathering client requirements, workshop design, and coordination with teams to successfully launch workshops.
4️⃣ PR Strategy
  • Develop and oversee public relations strategies for the organization’s projects, including supervising team members in content development and managing launch activities.
5️⃣ Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily operations across all teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and smooth workflows.
  • Continuously optimize internal workflows and processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall impact.
  • People Management
    • Monitor team performance, balance workloads, and help resolve bottlenecks and conflicts.
    • Work closely with the HR Manager to support talent development, address people-related issues, and foster a thriving team culture.
  • Business Administration
    • Collaborate with the Office Manager on business administration, documentation, and legal processes to ensure operational compliance.
➕ Organizational Development
  • Play a key role in organizational redesign in the coming year, including restructuring systems, processes, and practices to meet the organization’s evolving goals.

 

🌱 เรามองหาคนแบบไหน?

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or cross-functional team leadership.
    • Proven ability to oversee cross-functional teams (e.g. tech, design, content, data).
    • Experience managing or coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines.
    • Prior experience working with executive teams, contributing to strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational development.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and operational planning abilities.
    • Capable of overseeing project timelines, resources, and team workflows without micromanagement.
    • Skilled in managing interpersonal dynamics, resolving team conflicts, and balancing workloads.
    • Proficient in tools for project tracking, internal documentation, and performance reporting.
    • Comfortable balancing internal priorities with client-facing needs.
    • Familiarity with and understanding of the working culture within nonprofit, civic tech, or social impact sectors.
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.

  • Salary up to 80k
  • Office Hours: จันทร์-ศุกร์ 10.30 – 18.30
  • เข้าออฟฟิศ ทุกวันพฤหัส 
  • Location: ออฟฟิศอยู่ย่านสีลม ใกล้ BTS ศาลาแดง และ MRT สามย่าน (Location)
